Introduction to Tableau I In-Person / Online

This is a 2-hour workshop about Data Visualization including a hands-on tutorial on using Tableau for Data analysis and visualization. An Excel dataset will be provided. We will cover downloading and cleaning the dataset, pre-processing, analyzing, and visualizing the insights on Tableau. Starting from the Tableau workspace to making worksheets, common tools and techniques, and answering insight needs through making hierarchies and drill downs, calculated fields, and dashboards.

 

Experience with Tableau is preferred but not required. Tableau Desktop or an account on Tableau Public will be required for the hands-on part.
